I recently had a chance to review The Adventures of Bubba Jones – Time Traveling Through Grand Canyon National Park. It is an award-winning book series that crisscrosses the country, taking kids on an educational, time-traveling adventure through America’s beloved National Parks, and the fourth book in the series.
Each book in the series, written for middle grades, combines education with entertainment in a thrill-packed journey through time loaded with fun facts about history, ecology, and science about the park and its inhabitants. The time travel adds an imaginative aspect to the story, helping kids engage more than they would in just a history book.
