Dr. Bud Zukow is Chairman Emeritus of the Department of Pediatrics at Encino/Tarzana Regional Medical Center in Tarzana, California, where he is also in private practice. A father of grown children and now a grandfather, Dr. Zukow describes himself as a parent advocate and inveterate UCLA fan, not necessarily in that order.
Nancy Sayles Kaneshiro wrote this book in self-defense when she became a first-time, over-40 mom. Dr. Zukow served as her son Ian’s pediatrician.
