Joe Diorio

Joe Diorio is a lifelong writer. In elementary school he wrote and illustrated his own comic books; in high school, he was a stringer for a local weekly newspaper; in college, he was a reporter for the school newspaper; after graduating he was a newspaper reporter, freelance writer, speechwriter, and a public relations professional.

He writes about communication skills. His first book, A Few Words About Words, takes a light-hearted look at writing and grammar. His second book, Crisis Communications and the Art of Making Nothing Happen depicts crisis planning as it is implemented.

Joe and his wife, Susan, live in Southwest Florida.
