Lois A. Cheney, Ph.D. is a professor emeritus at Bowling Green State University. In addition to her teaching responsibilities, Dr. Cheney has led numerous religious and educational retreats, and has conducted communications workshops for business professionals. She attended Muskingum College and received her master’s and doctoral degrees from Kent State University and Michigan State University, respectively. An active member of the Presbyterian Women of America, she lives in Ohio with her feline muse, Kate.
